1. Orders & Payment

  • Please review all product details, prices, and quantities carefully before placing an order.

  • Payment confirms your order. Once payment is completed, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious information.

2. Order Cancellation

·Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, as processing begins immediately.

·Made-to-order items cannot be changed or cancelled at any time after confirmation.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind, customer preference, or dissatisfaction.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The wrong item, color, or quantity was delivered

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Claim Requirements

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging

We reserve the right to approve or reject claims based on the evidence provided.

4. Shipping Policy

·Shipping is available within Thailand via registered courier services.

·Estimated delivery time: 30–60 business days, depending on destination and courier workload.

·We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

·Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Privacy & PDPA Compliance

·We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order.

·Personal data is stored securely and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed except as required for order fulfillment.

·Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with Thailand’s PDPA regulations.

6. Product Characteristics

Shinn Boards and related products are produced using specialized materials and manufacturing processes. Due to these methods, slight variations may occur.

Please note:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to display screens, printing processes, or material characteristics.

  • Dimensions may vary by approximately ±1–3 mm, which is within industry standards.

  • All products are quality-checked before shipping.

  • Some items are made to order and cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation.

  • Color durability and surface condition may vary depending on usage, sunlight exposure, humidity, storage, and friction.

These variations are not considered product defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or lack of care.

  • Our liability is limited only to the value of the purchased product.
